Children's Week letters

I know this isn't a huge deal, but I never got any letters from the orphans I took care of during Children's week. I was curious if this happened to anyone else or if I missed something I was supposed to do. I finished all of the child's quests, what more does a child need?

As far as I know only Dalaran orphan gives you a letter with a pet, and I got mine.
