WotLK Cold Weather Flying Tome not appearing to buy

Hey, I have a level 80 warlock in Frostmourne named Zary with artisan riding learned. As I got to borean tundra with my (now 72) mage I tried to buy the tome with my warlock on Hira Snowdawn. Only appeared one option (the trainer one) and no tome to buy. I restarted computer, wow and still nothing... Please help while my mage is in leveling phase :p

Not in the game as well as auction for engineer in dalaran or other things. You have to wait for right patch to come out.
