I came online today and saw I got banned for advertising. I haven't been advertising AT ALL.

Tried to create a support ticket but it says I can't do it because I'm IP banned.

Read this from "Help! I have been hacked/banned for no reason"-thread that says "What you can do is not to create a thread (that is against the Forum rules), but to try to open a ban appeal, which should appear as an option when you try to create a Support ticket."

Didn't work. Such a shame. Anything I can do or do I just accept it and move on?

I was in shock and read the first paragraph and went with it. Sorry about that.

I am indeed using a VPN and always have, I will try send an email if wanted/needed

It is needed, yes, Support doesn't check the Forums for that sort of thing, only tickets or that email.

But be aware you will have to either stop using that VPN or possibly use a different one (I'm assuming a recent IP ban happened, as you say you have been using a VPN without trouble before; no idea if it's across the whole VPN service or just specific ranges). The ban on your account will be lifted, not the one on the abused VPN, so if you login with a banned IP it will happen again.

I've been using a specific VPN for a long time, but I can make an exception and turn it off for this game only from now on
