WotLK Premium account - cannot create DK

Hi!

As I found in the donation guide, a premium account has the ability to create DK without the requirement of an existing level 55+ character on that account. When I try to make one on Frostmourne, I get the message: "You must have an existing character of at least level 55 on any realm to create a Death Knight"

Gotta level a character to 55. It's a Frostmourne thing as it's fresh realm still.

The fact that it's Frostmourne. A.k.a the progression realm where you're actually meant to play the game...
