Mongoose or Blood Draining the superior Tank enchant in Wrath?

Seems like one is better than the other for different tanks, like Mongoose being ideal for a Feral Druid or a Blood DK, while Blood Draining makes a bit more sense on a Prot Pally or Warrior. I say this because a Prot Pally gets a bit less out of Agility than a Feral Druid would, whereas Blood Draining activates at 35%, the same threshold as Ardent Defender, so I feel like it has some synergy with that talent. Although admittedly I was hoping Blood Draining would generate a stack more often than once every 10 seconds, I thought it was supposed to generate stacks randomly on live, but I guess not here.

In any case, which of the two do you think is better across the board for tanks in general? Because both seem pretty lackluster in the grand scheme of things, and it honestly feels like Tanks got pretty craptastic choices as far as weapon enchants go in the Wrath era, especially considering how assbutt Blade Ward is.

Mongoose for a mix of threat and ehp.
Blood Drain for pure ehp(last time i checked it worked).

Blade ward&the rest are garbage, unless you need hit etc from enchants.
Been discussed to death. Paladins and warriors use those two. Bears use Mongoose. DKs have their own op enchant from runeforging.

I know its been hammered out, but I want to know which one the local tanks around here prefer and why. Mongoose I can understand why Bear Tanks would prefer it, because they get more out of Agility than Paladins do, namely Attack Power.

I have both i232 tank weapons from PoS/HoR; Rimefang's Claw I have set with Mongoose, and Falric's Wrist-Chopper I'm using Blood Draining. As much as I like Mongoose, it really doesn't seem to confer much for its price, 240 armor is very little in the grand scheme of things and it doesn't even have 100% uptime, and the attack speed bonus is only 0.02 ratio on Rimefang's Claw. It's 30 Haste, I believe?

Granted, Blood Draining isn't much either, 1800-2200HP at five stacks, but the difference is that it's consistent and always there when you need it, kinda like having an extra 200 Stamina in the bank, and honestly translates into a little more for a Prot Pally considering the way Ardent Defender works. It's not always going to save you, but lets be real, no enchant will always save you. But add in a health potion and a healthstone and it might keep you in the game long enough for that late heal to finally reach you and salvage the fight.

In short: I prefer Blood Draining for the reasons above, namely its consistency and reliability, but I wanted to know what the other resident tanks preferred and why.

I prefer mongoose on my pwar, proc really often. For me blood is not enought strong or don't proc enought to be reliable.

Doesn't matter, won't make any real difference. Go with what you feel like you need out of the two. All you'll hear about this is personal bias at best. I personally prefer Mongoose but that's about it. At this point i like the visual on the weapon more than caring about stats.
