am I the only person who believes no one should read the tactics ? finding how to defeat the boss is a part of that boss fight , so should'n people be patient and find a way themself ? in my idea wow bossfights are better then a game like ds1 ( in witch 90 % of the time you just have to roll beside the boss and right click )
+ It is clear that you will need a guild of fresh players for it ( witch I am not gono be part of it :/ )
yet I naver saw such guilds ( while apparently there are alot who don't know tactics )
+ how do sites have so direct knowledge of abilities boss casts ? do they do that only by checking CLog ?

I'd love to jump into a new dungeon or raid that nobody has seen or played before, then learning everything from nothing. That's one of the most fun I had in gaming, discovering new strategies and stuff before anyone else.
But WotLK is an old expansion and everything is already known, and as for retail, Blizzard has fired most of it's staff so it needs to rely on player feedback to fix bugs before the launch of a major patch/expansion.

Sadly blind progression is not a thing in WoW for many years now. Everything is spoiled and tested on PTR and by the time content release there is full guides for it. On top of that there is dungeon journal that describe all boss mechanics. And when it comes to WOTLK, expansion is 14 years old there is nothing unknown anymore. If you want blind progression experience you have to look for in other games like FFXIV for example since there is no PTR there and everyone see the fights at the same time on release.
