    GM Respond

    Is it possible that GM's are not answering ticket's more than 24h? I mean like are you people there? Don't tell me that there is 'High volume of petitions' because we all know that there are not that many of them. I have a simple problem that need's to be solved, but it's important to do it quick, and not to wait 3 days for a response or problem solving. Thank you!

    One can tell that this question is meant to GM's, not a Member. So please, if you are not a veryfied and compatibile person to give me proper answer to my question - do not type such thing's. You don't know where i work and where i worked, i have better experience with customer support's than whole staff of Warmane and you together. Thank you in advance!

    They already said 1000 times before that they dont have enough people to answer on all open tickets. This is not a server with 1000 players. This section is open to everyone, he gave you advice, dont be so rude, but your name tells me everything.

    Maybe use proper channel if you want an answer from gamemaster. Support Q&A is "A place for everyone to help everyone!". Use in game ticket or support to get an answer from gm. And yes wait 3 days because other people ask these same stupid questions too

    How entitled must one be to react in such a manner ? That goes way beyond me.
    You've waited for 24h without a response, how dare they to keep YOU waiting like that.
    Let me give it to you straight, you might get an answer in next few hours, or in next few days, depending on what you really need from them. From my personal experience, I got an answer to one of my my tickets within few hours and the next one took for over a week.

    Yes, of course i want my answer asap because i can and i want, that's my right. It's not first time waiting them response for more than 3 days or sometimes a week. They are fine when they take fee from buying something via Warmate Store/Trade, but when they need to work something, they are doing it slow, really slow, and sometimes not right.
    I'm still reading my response to the message from that guy, and don't see anything that's offensive or rude. I even thanked him at the end. But no, there need's to be keyboard mafia kid's like you that are browsing forum's on internet and following topic's so they can get their life less frustrated with quarreling.

    About Tolvana, thank you for letting me know, but i already send a ticked and contacted support, but still no answer. It seems like they are busy eating McDonald's burger's, maybe bcler1 need's to help them eat those burgers.

    Usual ticket wait time changes between 1 and 3 days. Posting on forum won't speed it up, or help your case in any way.

    They'll work on your ticket when its turn comes.

    Also, I'd advise against disrespecting staff, while you don't find the patience to wait for few days for your ticket to be issued.

    This exactly here is what I was pointing out about you, rofl. No idea in what reality you live in, but this is not how things work like fam.
    You said, you have tons of experience with customer support, but this reaction of yours says complete opposite. You will accomplish nothing with this little forum thread of yours, since it's just a rant, and nothing else, moderator's gonna interact with you only when he closes up this whole thread, slapping you with message like "Just wait. CLOSED". And that's exactly how things work, atleast here.

    Patience is a virtue, especially in a customer support service, but you should know that very well, shouldn't you, hehe.
