WotLK Stratholme run bugged?

At the point of making this I'm on run 127 and waiting for instance reset to do more. He almost always drops 3 items but three times now hes dropped 2 and being the mount is 1 percent drop chance it just doesn't make sense could the boss be bugged and the times it dropped 2 items it was supposed to drop the mount?

It's not bugged. The drop chance is horrible. His loot table can drop 2-4 items, it's RNG what you get.

He drops 2 guaranteed blues that are unique to him + 1 possible blue from the vanilla dungeon set (the way it works here it's almost guaranteed as well). Mount has a 1% chance and it's independent from the blues.
