WotLK characters transforming

hello guys so idk if my characters in frostmourn got deleted or not but i had like 2 character or 3 one lvl 80 mage and 2 other characters

after i geared up my mage a lil i left the game for a while and here now i just came back but i cant find my mage and the others in ice

yes i have place in ice for the characters i just dont know where they go and yea thats it i wish u guys can help me with this one thank you so much <3
