Unable to Ressurect on Panda Isle

Hi,
Both me and my son died on Pandaren Island and now we are unable to ressurect. the Spirit Healers are completely missing and we have check every single one we could.
I have opened a ticket, but unsure if tickets get answered here.
Both me and my son have to be ressurected.

You can use the unstuck tool at the website.
My Account > Services > Character Unstuck

Are you sure the spirit healers are missing? If so, this should be reported at the bug tracker aswell.

I am unable to use the Unstuck feature on the Website because it says my Pandaren has not yet selected a Faction....
And i am sure since i travelled to every single Spirit Healer that i could reach across the island
