i am having 2 issues

1- i login to character screen - select character - login starts - bar goes to the end - 30 second pause - disconnect from server.
2- while in game - things freeze - character can move but cant complete actions - 20 seconds pass then disconnection from server.

my internet connection is stable. this trouble happen so often that i find it difficult to run in dungeon groups.

need help please.
