Hi all

I had completed the Sons of Hodir quest chain and was able to buy my shoulder enchants.

After login in it seems to have phased back to an early part in the quest chain and I am no longer able to buy the shoulder enchants.

Is there a way to fix this please?

Character is on Frostmourne
