I have this weird issue and ive googled it, youtubed it, changed the "Config.WTF" file severel times, and i dont know why but its like, i can only play the game in low graphic. Each time i change the resolution or anything that has something to do with Graphic, the game just bugs the hell out. Is there any way to fix this issue, since im playing on 60frame rate on a 144 killer machine? :)

Download your latest gpu driver and extract it to a folder. Uninstall your current driver with Display Driver Uninstaller under safe mode. As soon as you restart back to normal windows environment, go to the folder where you extracted the driver and install it.
Make sure you disconnect internet.
