Question about "terminated" ban

Hello guys, just want to know that does it means and is it the last instance , my friend got banned account and all it says is "Your account has been terminated due to Bot" is that means Pernament ban ? or what . ty

Basically yes. He can appeal the ban once a month (maybe you need to be premium?).

Being premium or not, is irrelevant in this case. Premium is to give an extra access on website support (General Issues), instead of just Ban Appeal.

I was wondering if you could open a ban appeal ticket if you weren't premium, thanks for clarifying.
