WotLK Instant 80 still cant learn abilities

Im level 80 now and yet still have the level locked when i try to learn an ability. Not sure how to fix this because I cant exactly level up anymore.

You first need to learn Rank1 to get the next one,
Plus, some abilities are unlocked via talent, so first you need to learn the tralent (which will grant you the rank1) -> then you can learn the next ones
