    IP suspended due to accident with VPN

    I have a new VPN that auto connects when I log onto the PC. I forgot it was on and went to log into my account and I guess it's something that was used in the past by a bot because now my account is suspended for advertisement even though I've never done anything like that.

    Longtime Warmane player here I even played back on Molten briefly before they merged with Arena Tournament and Malaco. If I could please have the website access regranted to my account I'd appreciate it.
    I'm still able to log into the game itself though so that's a bonus. I just can't use the Premium ticket function or coins/points.

    What exactly do I include in the Email so I can make sure everythings taken care of in the initial email and not waste their time?
