Frostmourne realm balance

Hello,

I want to ask couple of questions regarding the gameplay in Frostmourne realm. First of all, I want to say that it is well thought realm, I like seasonal play. However, there are things that are ruining the experience for me and I recently decided to quit because of them:
1. I like PvP and matchmaking with full geared players from Blackrock ain't fun. I know that it is perhaps done to avoid long-queue times but it is absolutely ruining the gameplay for me.
2. Horde - being Horde is much harder in this realm for no particular reason - they get less reputation when leveling up (which makes it more difficult for them to level up reputations at 80) and also less Honor from PvP battlegrounds. Before you say that this isn't true, it is, I compared how much Honor would I get on a win/loss on an Alliance character and on a Horde character. Difference is obvious. My question is WHY? Yes, Horde enter BGs faster, but THEY ALSO LOSE MORE. In WotLK PvP-ers are more inclined to play Alliance because of Human racials. So what is the reason behind Horde receiving less honor? No point from my side. They should actually be receiving more since Horde is not that PvP focused anyway and Alliance players understand PvP more. No balance here either.
3. Damage increase in dungeons - WHY was the damage of mobs and bosses in dungeons increased with the new patch? The gear score didn't go that high yet, it is a New players realm (which means most people aren't that skilled in the game), I was also trying to gear up a new toon, but I fail in 3 from 5 dungeon runs because of increased damage of mobs/bosses and the lack of damage because of my low gear... What did prompt this change? I see no reason here again.
4. Gathering professions - respawn timers of titanium mines (for example) should be made shorter since this realm is housing nearly 12000 players. How can we farm for professions efficiently when Mining/Herbalism bots are camping mines and herbs all day?
