Why is Blizzard releasing old expansions labeling them as a " classic " ?
Are they running out of ideas or... to wash money with them? :D

Well, everybody are making remasters, remakes, old school. Had to name it classic to stand out I guess.
Why they make it? Nostalgia trips to childhood, with a price tag.
It's literally free money. There is so many people who played Vanilla-Wrath and then quit the game, but they are back again for classic. It is also gateway to Retail for this players who have quit the game, since subscription give you access to both.
Lizard ran out ideas years ago. They have been riding the tails of the original devs and it’s finally catching up.
They may get a bit of a push with this Dragonflight thing but I believe they are pretty much toast now.
