Hello everyone. Is anyone having issues with fps drops? With warmane client i all the time have FPS drops. Stable FPS in the game is 26- 30 when i get drops 11-14. Drops are on 1-2 secs and it happens every 3-5 mins.
I thought that problem is in my laptop. Tried to play on an official blizzard server/client. And there is everything okay. FPS there is even bigger 50+ and stable.
How to fix this?

try to disable all of your addons and check if it you still get random drops every 3-5min
btw are you experiencing that in any random area or a specific zone? (like dalaran)

Just a guess, but are you using some damage meter addon like recount/skada/details/etc. ? If yes, where did you download it from and what version is it? Mismatched damage meter version relative to the expansion you're playing could cause your problem.

Re-up the topic, i'm experiencing fps drop since yesterday. IT appeared after i tried to put a second client in windowed mode and after that i always had black screen on fullscreen mode with the frame drops from 140 to 190 down to 30 every 4-5 seconds.
I reinstalled the game (so no addons) and just made my game with forced window optimized mode by adding it manually in the config.wtf file and locking it to prevent any changes after i set-up again all my graphic options
I went into empty zones, facing mountains and stuff to be sure it's not something that appear in front of my screen, and i tried removing all navigators open on the pc that was putting my memory use up to 50% (it sounds ridiculous but who knows). Also tried to put the game to real-time priority in my control panel and the problem is still here.

ok i found what was causing it, "material cursor" or whatever it's called, was dropping frames everytime i right clicked to move with my camera -.-

Hardware cursor. It's a pretty common issue.
