Is it possible to return account where mail was lost? Also no one logged in for a long time, is it possible that account was deleted?

no you cannot. Only original email can recover it.

Ignore the above and send an email to [email protected] about it.
They will ask you a few things to confirm ownership of the account and can register a different email to it.
