WotLK Am I able to sell a character for a specified amount of coins?

As the title states, i'm wondering if i'm forced to sell my character for the amount of coins WM makes me, or if there's a way to sell it for a custom amount of coins?

I have a dwarf hunter that is just NOT selling no matter how much gear I take off, so i'm willing to give it up for an absurdly low amount of coins so i can faction change another character, so i'm wondering if there's a way I can sell it for a less amount of coins warmane is making me?

Minimum price is 30 coins, so if you take off all the gear, that's as low can you go.

if u put boes on the char the price won't increase you can try with some boes

None that aren't against the rules and would get you banned if reported, even without a "sale," for just offering.
All you can do if you care about the above risk is remove stuff to lower the price and/or add perks that don't increase it.
