Site Why am I not getting account points?

Hi, I just read the WotLK Points article (http://forum.warmane.com/showthread....=activity+rank), but still I can't figure out why am I not getting any daily points, as I play every day and I have at least 3 heroes on Loraeron with 1k+ achievment points.

This is what my account is saying:

Account status: In good standing
Donation rank: Regular
Activity rank: Agent
Community rank: Patriot

Can anyone tell me why?

What message do you get when you click collect points?

Oh, I got 0.9 points once I clicked that... Well mark this as resolved then. Btw that's some poor UX right there, as I was expecting to see my pending points to collect (which were 0)

No you just have to click collect points and they are added to your points

More like some poor thinking and rush to make complain, instead of checking subject to confirm it...
