ive been playing in frostmourne realm for quite a while now.. since they new classic came out my buddies are all gone sadly :((.. back in season2 there is a free faction change from horde to alliance... is this feature still on? i want to go to alliance and make a fresh start there..

No free one at least. There's an option to do faction change for 30 coins. However, the donation page is disabled for the time being.
