I can only create tickets for ban appeal, but not for everything else, as i needed help with a player abusing cloak of shadows in world pvp on Blackrock. I don't know where to open a ticket except in-game (but there are no game masters online there as it seems)

1) GMs never attend tickets in real time,
2) Website tickets are not to be used to report inappropriate in-game behaviour,
3) What does it mean to "abuse cloak of shadows"? Are you sure that the behaviour that you are seeing is bannable?

In-game ticket: Report player.

If you have no evidence whatsoever, don't even bother.
