Site Buying character with coins

Hello,

I have a question about buying a character with your coin currency. When I check the character `Armory` to see what gear it has, it appears with half gear on item level 264-284 and half naked (no items). Most of the characters are shown like this on armory so I am wondering if it is a bug or if the character indeed does not have the items?

It indeed doesn't have items. People sell chars with half gear or only boe/bis parts that are harded to get in game to lower the price on site
