Realms missing chat

communication has always been the key yet the chat been extremely restrictive example the so called general chat is not so general its just for the zone it should be called zone chat the general chat should be for the whole faction and another chat missing is continent chat the same for local defense this way we can chat more and request more help for a group quest or just to help defend our faction better so far pretty much only in city we see chat activity and it shouldnt be the case
