Is it possible to somehow transfer characters between accounts? I don't mean selling via trade system. My problem is that I have one account with all heirlooms which I am using to leveling chars in my free time. I have only one free slot on this acc and I still need to level few more chars. So I am looking a way to transfer 80lvl chars on my another account and keep only leveling chars on account with heirlooms and transfer "started" chars from second acc to acc with heirlooms. Something like that ;) Is there any way to manage this somehow?

No, there is no way to move characters between accounts other than using the trade system.

Sad answers for me. So no for transferring chars, ok. But maybe "bridge" between acc to be able transfer heirlooms at least? If no, so when I use trade system to do this wouldn't It be considered as some kind of a bannable exploit? I would create cheap auction and buy It fast on another accout? I don't even know if this system could work that way because I never used it.

No, you can't use it like a neutral AH. All character transfers are in Coins and have a minimum cost based on certain things like equipment and items in their bags, the lowest being 30.
There's simply no way to do what you want.

The Barracks feature isn't for that.
As described in the announcement for it, "any players that reach the account limit and have a forced addition of characters to their account (usually due to realm transfers), will have this system available at their disposal, regardless of their account status."
It's about letting you go over the account cap if circumstances force more characters into it than the limit, not so players can create as many characters as they like in the same account.

Heirlooms are "Account Bound", and can't even be sent to different realms. You can't send them to different account, without buying a whole character with heirlooms equipped.
Even though Heirlooms can't be placed on neutral AH, I wouldn't recommend using neutral AH like that. Whenever you place an item there for cheap, somebody (99% a bot) will snipe it before you can login to your second account. Meaning you just lost your expensive item and only got handful of gold in return.

Heirlooms are quite easy to get. All it takes is 1 heroic RDF enabled character to farm HRDF for EoTs all day. I play HRDF for fun (no time to raid) and now I have way too many EoTs. Probably will convert some to crusader orbs and sell.
