    Stuck on retrieving character list after crash

    The "retrieving character list" screen won't load any of my characters after I crashed. I was in Darkmoon Faire when I logged out and now I cannot log in to any character at all. I've tried leaving it for an hour and returning to the log in and it still won't let me in. It's been over 24 hours since I crashed.

    Try deleting cache folder.
