Technical i found some people doing account trading on discord

i've made a ticket in game with the screenshots of them advertising and trading the accounts they even link the characters armory, but gms response said he cant use discord as proof cz discord chat logs can be easily edited. and he suggest that i need to find the proof in game. i have no idea how the hell i suppose to get that in game.
so, at that point, should i just let it go and accept the fact that discord is the safest place for people to do account trading. u know, as it is what it is. or is there even anything else i can do about it?

You do understand that all you're seeing can be some random trolls just posting random info about a char, which belongs to a person they don't like and want to get in trouble? That's why you got such a gm response. Even ingame there can be massive trolling on the subject. So stop being so enthusiastic about reporting account trading, before you ruin someone's account standing for no reason.

i completely understand the if thats the case, but the gm response was not even about trolling matter, he saw the screenshots and i even offer him the discord invite link, and he stated that those chat logs on discord can be easily edited as defense of the account sellers if they get banned. which i think the gm most likely confirmed that it is account trading activitiy, but the proofs arent strong enough to keep the banned individuals stay banned if they attempt to make unban appeals. so he asked me to get the proof in game instead, which idk how.
This discord server im in has dedicated channel to buy or sell anything, like coins, gold, or items like primos. and the people that posted the ads arent just randoms posting on barrens chat in unofficial warmane discord, its a guild discord that only let guild members from the same specific region/country. and the ones that posts the ads are the core, high ranked and long time guild members. the linked characters are all from the guild im in, if it was random trolling, there wouldve been some kind of drama between the posters and the owners.
they even post like logs which accounts they have been sold and currently in sale.

should there be a point? not that i have a grudge or something, i just cant see why i shouldnt. like why people report ninjalooting, racism, bug exploiting, your question seems invalid imo.

How about the point they are breaking major server rules? Do you only report things as "revenge," not because it's just the right thing? Your post does make it sound like this touches you in a more direct way than it should.

Either way, while GMs won't ban based on Discord screenshots for reasons already explained, that doesn't mean you should leave it be. I'll send you a PM.
