WotLK Character restoration

I was wondering If I could have my chars restored last time I played was 2015 or something close to that. They are still showing up on realmlist but on char selection screen they arent appearing. Thank you for your consideration I understand if it's been too long.

1. Check your account history.
2. Check conditions for character deletion in Annual Cleanup.
3. Realmlist is your local file, will show 10 characters on one PC even if you log on other and delete all of them.
