Need information on "trade requirements"

Greetings all,

I've used the search function and I am sure its posted somewhere but I cannot find what I am looking for. If someone could help me with some information, I'd appreciate it.

I wanted to go ahead and pick up flying early so I donated for coins. Got the coins. Then it says, oh, you paid but now you need to use authentication... ok... so I do that. Then it says Oh! Good you used authentication, well, now, you need to wait three days on top of that.

I understand why policies like this are in place and I am not making argument against them, I just wish it would have been a bit more apparent before engaging. Are there any other hidden requirements after the 3 day wait?
