Lordaeron High Latency on lordaeron

So I have been playing for a month on Icecrown and I never had latency issues unless Im in BG which I avoid because of my ping, my ping is always 100ms on Ice crown even in peak hours.
today I tried Lordaeron server for first time and I get disconnect even before loading the realm , after a few tries I made a char and entered the game but my ping is at 5000ms and after a few secs I get disconnect once again, happens everytime.
is there a way to fix this?

I think, that is a global inet-systems problem. Many ppls have a bad connection, but have a good player-latency (40-100)
