Technical Heartstone buged

The stone does not appear in my inventory but when I go to a tavern and put the stone it does not give me a new one

Disable all of your addons and try to find it again.

Disable bagnon, delete it and get it from elsewhere. Never had any HS issues with bagnon. There's probably a random setting you switched.
