WotLK my gear is gone while changing spec while inside DG

my char is a Warrior and my MS is Fury and OS is Arms (PVP) , i lost my PVE gear while change spec still equip my PVP gear inside DG instance, is this bug or am i doing something wrong ? i cant believe this 2x times in row while changing spec on DG, now my gear is gone from my bag, im searching on my bank and mail but there's nothing, is there any way how to get back ? i hope this problem not happened to anyone

Havent happaned to me in a long time but equipment manager used to have an issue where, if your bags are full and you swap gear (lets say you have 2 weps, bag is full, and you equip 1 wep only, there's no space for the 2nd wep to go, so it dissapears) the gear will end up being send back to you from the void to your mailbox but 1 time this didn't happend to me and I lost an item compleately, but this was many many years ago and since then it never happend, it may take a while for your item to get sent to you via mail though, more common is that you accidently npc'd items while just spam right click on trash items to sell.

nah my bag is have a lot space and i haven't got mail or something recently, but for now i will stop bring my PVP and PVE gear on my bag now, this is dangerous. thank glad the lost gear is emblem vendor gear, not raiding gear
