Forum Faction change and Transmogs

Just curious but does the modules change when you change faction?
For example if I have Claymore of the Prophet (alliance only) as a weapon transmog does it swap to Greatsword of the Sin'dorei (horde version) if I swap or does it stay the same?
Like I said just curious here and haven't tried it yet.

Transmogs don't swap. The weapon itself (Claymore of the Prophet) should though.
