fly in Northrend

Hello, I'm relatively new to playing wow and last week I reached level 72, I'm currently in Northrend and I don't know how to use the flying mount here, I heard that some flying is needed in cold weather or I don't know what else, please aid.

i think you need to be 76 or 78 to learn cold weather flying on your first toon. once you have an 80 you can buy a book to give to yer alts at lvl 70

It's level 77 for your first toon and then the rest can use the book at level 68
