Technical no coins received

Hello dear warmane community,

i bought yesterday at around 5 o'clock 57 coins for 50 € by visa credit card.
Unfortunately I have not yet received a confirmation email and no coins.
Slowly I start to worry.

According to my bank, there is a problem that you have not yet processed the request. Can it really take more than a day? In your rules it says up to 30 min.

I ask for help and feedback.

Once the transaction is fully processed, I can also attach an invoice that they can see that I paid it.

If you don't get your coins the money will be returned within a few days, don't worry.
