WotLK Gamemasters Refusing to Help After Glitch Prevents Loot from Being Obtained

On 11/25/22 my guild and I did a ZA 10-man run and made the timer to get the bear mount. However, when we went to get the mount of the bag no one could get it out. This includes the loot master of course. We could interact with it, and click the option to accept(click 'Okay') to confirm it will be bound, and then nothings happens.

As is the time when you have a bug/glitch affect gameplay, I put in a support ticket for this. My exact support ticket, and the ridiculous response I received to it, are listed below with an Imgur link. It just really sucks to work hard to get rewards, have a glitch happen, and then after waiting 2 days to hear back the support staff pretty much tell you to **** off when you report it to try and get your loot. Can anything be done about this? This was a legitimate bug that resulted in us not getting the loot that we earned.

He didn't tell you to go "do this off". Neither it was bug. Read changelog, Amani War Bear became unobtainable by completing timed run at 3.0.2 patch, what you've encountered is visual bug.
And where did you find "hard work" in overgearing 10-man TBC loot pinata? You are making it look like lame joke with such "serious " claim.
