Hey, people from Warmane!

I hope y'all having an amazing Christmas month, I'm posting here because I wanted to know if there are still hopes for me to recover my account.
I got banned recently for fraudulent payments into my account, I did a donation in early November using my credit card for 20 euros, in the past I've donated a few times but always using Pre-Paid Mint Codes because I'm from Venezuela which is a very bad country and it was really hard to make a donation because there are almost no international banks working here, but recently I got a new card that finally would let me make online purchases, the thing is that for some reason I got refunded without me noticing and I realized about it when I logged into my account and was banned, I immediately opened a ticket for a ban appeal explaining what happened and the situation of my account, and I've been told that they could help me out by removing the 3 items I bought with the coins and removing the transaction from my account then I would be unbanned.

But it's been about 2 weeks and I've got no answer from the team, I know, and I have very clear that the ban appeals have a very low priority for you but I'm just someone who's desperate for being able to play again, my account has about 10 years, and I've been playing in this server since it was called Molten, and I know you have to take very seriously everything related to payments and fraud because that's some real deal but I'm just here to seek for some hope for me because I honestly don't think anyone wants to review my ticket or I don't know if I will still have a chance to recover this account, I've donated about $200 for my account and it would have no sense at all asking a refund for $20 just to get banned, this was clearly out of my hands and I'm paying the price for something I didn't do. I provided the information about the transaction that was refunded, and I agreed with the terms they gave me as a solution, but I just want to get an answer and if I'm not getting unbanned at least I want to know it, so I just quit the game instead of having false hopes.
