Technical Wrong purchase

I purchased Deathknight weapon (Glorenzelg, High-Blade of the Silver Hand)on rogue character which i cant use.
Rogue name:Xlucy
Deathknight name:Aboodd
it was an honest mistake, and i need this weapon for my dk. it was my first time using the website trade system and i cant even use that weapon on rogue.

I can only see ban appeal in talking to support and i dont know how else to speak to support (ban appeal cant work since i dont have ban)
