    Characters and Name Removed from Premium Account

    I understand an inactivity removal was done. This is a premium account with four level 80 characters, of which only 1 is able to log in. The rest say "No Name" on barracks screen. I am unable to log in to those characters on the client.

    Did you try to doubleclick on those characters and give them a new names?

    I had and it just told me "Login Failed"
    But I went and tried a second time and the option to rename popped up. The first login attempt for each character failed and the second attempt for each allowed the rename.
