WotLK Character Recovery?

Hi, I used to have a few characters on this account when I first played in 2016 but stopped playing when the server hack occurred and I lost everything. For some reason my characters are also deleted despite still having them after the server reset. I was wondering If there is character recovery system so I don't have to grind the levels again.

If you lost characters after moltdown already happened, character restoration service is the only way to restore characters. This must be done within 30 days of deletion mind you. Beyond that, there's no support.

Only things you should be able to restore are items bought with coins.

How do i start that recovery process? i did purchase coins way back and bought a sword that drops from the lich king

There's "Item missing" ticket. Don't think items bought before February 2015 are listed. "General Inquiry" ticket is your other option.
