Hello!
I'm waiting for answer to my Ban Appeal since 12 November 2022. Question is how long I must wait for answer I donated this server long time ago for more than 250$ so I wanna get answer from support. Ok I understeand that Ban Appeal don't have permissions before other problems but I'm waiting like 3 months. So I can't play and support server more times because all funcions at my account are locked. Can someone can give me answer?

Why do people make donation sound like subscription? :D Google the meaning of the word "donation".
About the ban appeal itself, maybe your ban reason isn't up for appeal. You're not mentioning what you're banned for.

Or you just made mistake and didn't send appeal to correct address.

After three months without being unbanned, I think one could assume that the appeal has been denied? o_O
Have you even tried to login lately? Perhaps you're not banned, and not aware...
