No details you could provide would make that true or believable, if nothing else for the fact we implemented a limitation on how many Coins can be gifted a few weeks ago.
Oh boy... How naive and young you are. 999 coins are equal at least to 700 euros. So your friend is either bored "whale" or you've violated server rules by participating in RMT outside of server system in hopes to get more by paying less.
Let it be lesson to you.
And no. You will get NO support, which should be obvious)
Could someone please provide me with neccessary contact info in order for me to get in contact with staff with back-end access to the server? I see this as a technical issue since my friends coins were correctly subtracted, but weren't delievered, meaning they just disappeared from the face of the earth. I don't support Warmane's statement on the ineligibility of supporting coin disputes when in certain cases (like this one) both parties weren't at fault, however, the technical side of the system was.
I am still happy to provide any details, but only to people interested in helping me.
1. are you aware that "screenshots" can be edited?
2. Since your friend has coins, his account is "premium", so tell him to open a ticket on website for support since it is his issue, not your issue. Right? :P
How long do you know your friend? What are your relations that he is making such generous gift out of nowhere?
You've joined of October 9th, so as newbie (especially with this being your first post and forum visit) you could miss it, but such scam with "gifted" coins is well known and cause nothing but smiles, when someone like you come here to complain about it (because you are greedy).
The "limitation on how many Coins can be gifted" obviosly isn't in place, because my friend's account "lost" 999 coins + 50 fee.
Yes, it is. We had plenty of people come complain when they found out they couldn't """""gift""""" their Coins to their """""friends""""" anymore - who most certainly weren't people trying to buy them. As should be plenty obvious to you, even if you'll die on this hill that it isn't so, you were scammed.
