My account was suspended 2 days ago and the ticket I sent was then removed from my account. but my activity order has been reset too. will this be fixed or is it supposed to be like this?

Unless the ban wasn't your fault, like using a VPN and landing on a banned IP (and in those cases the rank shouldn't be affected), yes. The ban got pardoned and you were given another chance, but that doesn't change the fact you did get banned. It's just the ban duration that is removed, the spot on your record stays.
