WotLK Transfered character from Outland (TBC) and [Dual Talent Specialization] achiev

Hello,

I did transfer a character from Outland (TBC) to Icecrown (WoTLK) 2 years ago. When the transfer was done, I somehow had an empty second talent specialization and the achievement was missing. I assumed it was because I had dual spec activated on the website (that was the workaround on Outland) but perhaps every transfered character from Outland has this issue.
I have a friend who did transfer his character from Outland and has exactly the same problem. Here are screenshots of our characters (respectively Grassonly and Loralen): https://imgur.com/a/y2SXszr

I tried to get help over tickets but I assume GMs cannot assign tickets to people who may have commands which tweak around achivements. I keep getting the answer that it is not doable, on around 5+ tickets over a little more than a year.
But that's where I disagree, the player named Battle got it fixed somehow:

So he managed to reach out to the right person, able to fix it for him. His report wasn't even updated by the way.

There MUST be a way to check who has dual specialization activated and who doesn't have this specific achievement among those. It would be great if someone may help me regarding this matter, and eventually all those with the similar issue.
