Question about BoE

According to players clicking need a BoE item TO SELL is not bannable.
But as I have read MANY TIMES in this same forum, YES IT IS.

I need clarification from the moderators. Thank you.

It depends. In dungeons, yeah you should ask. In ICC, everyone needs on the Epic BoEs.

Back in the day on live the policy on BoEs and patterns was you roll and use the item at once. If nobody actually needed free roll and someone made a profit.

On Warmane with PUGs the lead just reserves BoEs so anyone that may actually want an upgrade or pattern that's BoE, get screwed or pay through the nose. Can't say I agree with the policy but I think there has been enough dishonesty in raids that rats dug themselves into this hole.
