WotLK Internet slowdown on OTHER apps while running warmane

So as the title says whenever warmane is running I get a slowdown on anything that requires an internet connection (except for discord for some reason). If the launcher is opened and I still have not introduced my login details, it does not slow down, however the moment I log in (meaning from character selec/realm select windows onward) I experience a slowdown on whatever else I am using (Youtube, OBS, etc.). I have gone into the resource monitor whilst running warmane to see if I have high B/s from the wow client but nothing. I run 250 mbps down and 70 up. Has anyone else experienced this issue/have some insight on how to troubleshoot this. Ty in advance
