Realms PvP Brackets

Allow players the ability to change battleground brackets by equipping worse/better gear. I would love it if this was made available, so that we could see some more battleground variations, without having to create another character. Just make it so you can't have any items higher than a certain value in your bags, so there's no way to switch to higher GS items once you enter a BG.

I'm not suggesting we go back to what it was like a couple of years ago, where you could play with a few green items and then use BiS weapons/trinkets in the lower brackets. I'd just like to have the opportunity to play with relentless gear in the relentless bracket, even though my character has full bis in the bank.

This would mostly be relevant for people on Icecrown and Lordaeron

You can do that by creating a character that matches Frostmourne season on Blackrock. The only thing I don't like about it is healers are insanely strong in that bracket. You get completely trolled by a team that stacks a few geared healers.

Edit: What I meant to say is, it's a pretty simple process as is.

That would turn within a day into the exact thing we worked to avoid: people min-maxing with best combination of really low and really high iLevel gear to get an advantage over others who geared normally. You say you don't want that to happen again, but how exactly do you see brackets telling the difference?
