WotLK Rogue poison not working

Hello am new to the game am playing with rogue (hord) i did the poison quest chain i followed some tutorials on youtube
but when i finished the quest i didnt get poison talent
and i cant equipe poison to my weapons ( i bought poison from npc )
can anybody help me

Only thing you need for poisons is to have high enough level to use them.
Right click on poison > get blue glow over your cursor > left click on weapon.
